Join KAAN from June 21 – 23 for three days of keynotes, films, presentations, roundtables, performers, exhibits, support forums, and life-changing community. KAAN offers an Adoptee-Only track, as well as sessions for a general audience that are open to all. There are programs for adults aged 18+ and youth aged 8-17. Everyone is welcome, including adoptees, birth families, family members (adoptive parents, spouses/partners, siblings, and children of adoptees), service providers, and Korean Americans. This dinner is for anyone (Deaf, hearing, adopted, not adopted, etc.) who can hold a conversation in ASL on their own. No interpreters will be present and you must be comfortable in an all signing environment. This is an opportunity for the signing community within KAAN to have their own time and space together, without linguistic barriers. Dinner will be split and paid out of pocket by those who attend at the end of the meal.

Meet at 5:00 PM near the KAAN check-in table (outside Grand Ballroom A and B).  We will carpool and Uber/Lyft to the restaurant. Please email scottie@wearekaan.org to RSVP.

Please note that this is not an official KAAN meal, and the cost is not covered under the KAAN conference ticket.
