Join KAAN from June 21 – 23 for three days of keynotes, films, presentations, roundtables, performers, exhibits, support forums, and life-changing community. KAAN offers an Adoptee-Only track, as well as sessions for a general audience that are open to all. There are programs for adults aged 18+ and youth aged 8-17. Everyone is welcome, including adoptees, birth families, family members (adoptive parents, spouses/partners, siblings, and children of adoptees), service providers, and Korean Americans. Wellness Activity: Midnite Townsend

This 30-minute "Stretch and Revitalize" class is designed to gently wake up your body and prepare you for a couple of conference days. Midnite will guide you through a series of stretches and mobility movements to get the blood pumping and energy flowing to the entire body. They'll also offer you simple poses and movements you can use throughout the conference to help release tension and care for your body. The class concludes with a few minutes of light, invigorating movements to energize your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead. PLEASE BRING A TOWEL OR MAT TO SIT ON FOR THIS SESSION - modifications for those who would rather stay seated in a chair will also be offered.
